LifeCYCLE Fitness Studio is located on Prospect Boulevard in Frederick and offers a wide variety of classes led by 18 certified instructors. LifeCYCLE Studio caters to all fitness levels because all of their offerings are highly adaptable – you get to decide your own intensity level, whether it’s in a spin class or strength training session.

The studio includes fully stocked bathrooms with showers, towels, and toiletries so you can head straight to work after getting your workout in. And no need to worry about your belongings because there are lockers to keep everything safe, including your phone since classes are a phone free zone. For the cycling classes, LifeCYCLE provides specialized shoes and the bikes are SPD clip compatible if you have your own cycling shoes.

The studio offers:

• Strength PLUS which is a mix of cardio and strength via intervals
• Recovery classes that focus on stretching and mobility to reduce soreness and improve performance

A 12-week small group training session is offered at certain times of the year and offers personalized coaching that provides all the benefits of personal training but at group pricing. Check back regularly for the next session.

When you book a cycling class online or in the app, you can choose your bike so you can get the perfect spot for your comfort level – in the back for a bit of privacy, or right up front for some extra motivation from the instructor.
